Scheduling Coordinator/Office Administration

You can find me in our front office, where I answer questions in person and over the phone, schedule appointments, and accept payments. I really appreciate how my team members will so generously share their knowledge of the orthodontic field so I can enjoy learning something new all the time. Dr. Paleczny and our team are not only passionate about their craft but they genuinely care for our patients and their families. It is a joy, both professionally and personally, to work with such a supportive staff.

At home, I have an amazing daughter, son, and husband with whom I dearly enjoy spending time.

Dental Assistant

I have been with this office for more than 20 years, and have worked one-on-one with patients for the entire time. I enjoy all the aspects of being a part of Dr. Paleczny’s team.  It is very rewarding to help bring great smiles and confidence to our patients. My favourite part of my work is sharing in the excitement with the patients, their families, and friends when the braces are removed to reveal a wonderful new smile.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending my leisure time at home with my family. We love being outdoors, walking trails, and watching nature.

Level II Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 33 years and have loved every minute of it! My favorite is assisting new patients with diagnostic records and lab work as they begin their orthodontic journey. Working for Dr. Paleczny is really rewarding. We are a friendly and inviting practice that strives toward professionalism.

My spouse, Roch and I just celebrated our 30^th wedding anniversary. We have three wonderful kids. The two oldest are school teachers here in North Bay and our youngest goes to Algonquin high school. I love to play volleyball, reading, gardening, sewing, and knitting. Most of all, I like my work!

I have been a part of Dr. Paleczny’s team since 2009, and have almost 20 years of experience working in dentistry. There is nothing better than watching patients’ smiles transform at each visit, and seeing their new, beautiful smiles at the final appointment! My team is another reason I love my job. We each have a special “quality” that brings us together as a team. We work together to make our patients’ experience the best it can be.

I have two daughters and a husband who is a high school teacher. I enjoy coming into work and getting to know the people in this fantastic community.

Dental Hygienist

I am here to guide and support patients on their journey to their best possible smile! Most of the time that means teaching proper hygiene with braces and appliances, and performing adjustments. It is so rewarding to see the beautiful, happy, and healthy smiles of patients at the end of their treatment. Our office is full of great people, all working towards the same goal: serving our patients the best we can!

I have always loved the North Bay area and am happy to be raising my family here. My family and I enjoy the great outdoors and all it has to offer.

Dental Hygienist

I work with our patients while they’re in treatment to adjust wires and bands, and advise and instruct patients on oral hygiene and proper maintenance of braces. One of the highlights of my job is removing the braces and witnessing peoples’ reaction as they discover their perfect smile for the first time. Our team is made up of a genuinely good bunch of people. Everyone respects everybody and laughter is easy!

I love my wife, Chantal, my career, fishing, camping, and travelling. I also enjoy playing video games. Life is good!
